Our Restaurant Killimangiare
My goal is to be part of a local value chain. Cooperation with producers from my immediate surroundings plays a central role in sourcing the food used. I aim for a light, healthy, and varied cuisine. As a link between farmers and producers on one side and my guests on the other, I want to showcase the products of my partner companies as well as possible and always focus on enjoyment. I don't see these thoughts and approaches as a temporary trend, but as an inevitable and welcome development.
